We usually dive to relax and enjoy the underwater world, moving smoothly and calmly to observe marine life in peace. The effort required for this is so minimal that cooking eggs in the kitchen is harder than this type of dives.
However, there are times when a diver needs to exert effort in emergency situations, such as:
🌊 Unexpected currents.
🚨 Assisting a fellow diver.
The Importance of Physical Fitness in Diving:
Studies have shown that 40% of diving accidents are linked to poor physical fitness, and 20% of these incidents are caused by sudden cardiac arrest.
Circulation and Nitrogen Elimination:
There is a crucial reason why we should engage in at least light exercise. Physical activity significantly improves blood circulation, and the more active your circulation, the faster your body eliminates nitrogen, reducing the risk of decompression sickness.
Thank you for reading, and I wish you a safe and enjoyable dive!
